It will be processed by OneTec, our GDPR-compliant provider, who will use it exclusively to contact you with more information regarding access to the venue (both physical and online), and to print your badge, should you be selected as an in-person participant.

Online safety and code of conduct

Our event is hosted at the Zoom Events platform. Zoom Events provides a safe space for participants to interact with each other. Each Zoom session will be moderated, as will the Lobby chat.

To ensure a safe, cooperative and positive environment, we ask that participants comply with our code of conduct:

  • Use your real name. Participants who use pseudonyms will not be allowed access to the Zoom sessions nor to the Lobby Chat.

  • Think before you write: keep your chat interventions thoughtful and cooperative.

  • Keep audio on mute when not speaking. Our moderators will enforce this rule.

  • When in use, make sure your camera only shows you, and that your background does not disclose any personal information.

  • Treat others with respect, irrespective of their social background and position on the topics discussed.

  • Do not disclose personal information and stick to professional interaction. Avoid sharing email addresses and phone numbers on open chats, and do so only in private chats.

  • Speak to us and report users who do not comply with the code. If a participant does not comply with this code, others may report them. In these cases, our team of moderators may have access to the interactions of the reported participant, who may be banned from accessing the event.
